1. Course Reservation
When purchasing an individual course, the client will pay an initial deposit and receive a link to take an English level test.
2. Level Assessment
After completing the test, the client will receive an email with all the necessary information to finalize the payment and pay the difference between the deposit and the full course price.
3. Refund Policy
- Until the final payment is made, the client may request a full refund of the deposit paid.
- Once the remaining amount for the course has been paid, no refund will be issued, as the course and accommodation reservation will have been confirmed.
4. Final Price
The total course price will vary depending on the type of accommodation selected by the client. Updated prices are available on the website.
